The Super Handling All Wheel Drive SH-AWD version of the Acura TL now comes with an enlarged 3.7-liter V6 engine that makes 305 bhp and 273 lb-ft of torque. This is the most powerful production engine that Acura has ever produced, with more horses than even the last NSX. Acura engineers also made note of the chassis and suspension tuning that went into this car. The new TL continues the use of a double-wishbone front and multi-link rear suspension design, with forged steel front and forged aluminum rear knuckles.

There are four Lowering Springs Included in the Eibach Pro-Kit. Installing Eibach Lowering Springs takes 3-5 hours and may require a spring compressor. Lowering Springs are compatible with your stock shocks, though performance of the Pro Kit Lowering Springs is accentuated by Eibach Pro Dampers. Your Eibach Pro Kit Lowering Springs carries a 1,000,000 Mile Warranty.
Inspection
Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from tlsuspension.com within seven (7) working days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted to tlsuspension.com no more than ten (10) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.
Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise
Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where tlsuspension.com is providing shipment) may be returned to tlsuspension.com for full credit, but only upon verification by tlsuspension.com of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by tlsuspension.com . Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.
Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise
Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by tlsuspension.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from tlsuspension.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your tlsuspension.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that tlsuspension.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Merchandise classified by tlsuspension.com as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by tlsuspension.com for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by tlsuspension.com.
Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
