The Big-Brake Rotors are 324 mm diameter, 30 mm thick (12.76" x .1.18") curved vane directional, cross drilled. The curved vanes in the big-brake kits are designed to pump air through the rotors as they rotate for superior cooling in high performance driving conditions. The huge thermal mass and cooling efficiency of these big-brake kits rotors, virtually eliminates brake fade. The standard rotors in this big-brake kits category are cross drilled. You may order big-brake kits with slotted only rotors or cross drilled and slotted rotors for a small fee.
If you are using these big-brake kits in competition, we recommend you use slotted only or plain rotors. Plain rotors can be ordered at no additional charge. The Acura TL Big-Brake Kits Calipers are a forged Superlite four piston fixed mount. These big-brake kits calipers are extremely rugged and light to help reduce unsprung weight. These Big-Brake calipers are equally comfortable on the street, strip or the circuit. The Big-Brake Kits brake pads Wilwood BP10 Smart Pads, are a low noise, low dust compound, designed for high performance street use. This is the best street compound on the market. The Big-Brake Kits mounting hardware adapters are heavy duty steel, powder coated for corrosion resistance and appearance. All Big-Brake Kits hardware is grade 8, 10.9 or better including flat washers.The Big-Brake Kits Stainless steel braided Teflon hoses are an integral part of the package. These are the same high quality flex lines you will find in our expensive two piece Big-Brake Kits packages used with standard fittings specific to the vehicle chassis concerned. Separate hose mounting hardware is included in the Big-Brake Kits. Good hoses are a great final touch in the drive to eliminate system flex and keep your pedal firm.
Inspection
Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from tlsuspension.com within seven (7) working days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted to tlsuspension.com no more than ten (10) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.
Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise
Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where tlsuspension.com is providing shipment) may be returned to tlsuspension.com for full credit, but only upon verification by tlsuspension.com of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by tlsuspension.com . Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.
Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise
Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by tlsuspension.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from tlsuspension.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your tlsuspension.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that tlsuspension.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Merchandise classified by tlsuspension.com as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by tlsuspension.com for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by tlsuspension.com.
Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
